Key Responsibilities
- Create spatial layouts, conceptual designs, and detailed working drawings.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Coordinate with the production facility and site engineers to ensure design precision.
- Present design concepts and proposals to luxury residential clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Proven track record of managing premium residential projects in Kerala.

- Coordinate delivery and installation of factory-made modular panels.
- Resolve on-site technical difficulties and report to project managers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Execution.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture assembly and site fit-out works.
- Familiarity with reading working drawings, MEP layouts, and scheduling.
