BWP (marine-grade) vs BWR-grade plywood is often the single biggest cost driver. BWP costs more upfront but lasts 2–3× longer, especially in humid Kerala climates.
Hettich and Hafele are standard in Signature. Blum (Austrian) mechanisms are used in Private Reserve. The difference is in the feel — soft-close quality that lasts decades.
Laminates are most economical. Acrylic finish costs more but reflects light beautifully. PU coating is the premium choice — used on solid wood and high-gloss kitchen shutters.
A single modular kitchen is ₹1.5L–₹4.5L. A full turnkey home including all rooms, furniture, curtains and electrics is a completely different scale.
